Please note that the use of certain Eurospec performance products may violate certain state and/or federal emissions control laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that applicable products are legal in their locality. It is advisable that the customer check with their local authority before installing these products.

The customer acknowledges that participating in motor sport activities is inherently dangerous and can lead to injury and/or death. Eurospec is not responsible for the misuse of Eurospec products. Eurospec and its parent company will not be responsible for any accidents which may occur during the use of its performance products.

Eurospec is not affiliated with any automobile manufacturers. Manufacturer names and/or part numbers are used only for identification purposes.

Product availability, part numbers, and specifications are subject to change without notice. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of contents on this website, Eurospec assumes no liability as a result of error(s) in specification.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on the Eurospec website do not include any tax or freight charges.

WARRANTY

Eurospec warrants all products to be sold free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer. At our discretion, we will replace free of charge or issue a credit for any product that proves to be defective under normal usage and conditions. All products submitted for a warranty claim must be preapproved and are inspected by Eurospec for validity. We reserve the right to withhold replacement or credit until the product has been examined and tested. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LABOR COST FOR REMOVAL OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM DELAY OR LOSS OF USE.

All Eurospec products must be installed by professional qualified technicians. Warranty is void if products have not been installed properly by a qualified technician. This warranty does not cover failures caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, modification, improper diagnosis, wrong application, improper installation, or poor vehicle condition.

All turbochargers returned as failed or defective will be submitted to Borg Warner for evaluation. Ultimate decision as to the validly of a claim rests with Borg Warner and their decision is final.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

The customer assumes all liability and risk from ordering, purchasing, and installing parts from Eurospec. Eurospec is not liable for any damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any of our products.

By purchasing or installing Eurospec products, the customer acknowledges that he/she agrees and accepts to all terms and conditions hereby outlined.
